A former theatre actor and physical performer, Ty Woolner has embraced the machinations of the human body in all its many forms. He has been able to cultivate creativity, one of his most powerful attributes, as a clown, a mime, a stilt walker, and fast forward to today, his unique approach to fitness programming. He now dedicates his life to helping others learn how to improve their overall health and performance
As a certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, Ty aims to teach and motivate others to harness their strength in all imaginable ways and to stand up to any challenge, mind, body, and soul, in a self-loving way.
A health advocate since his teens, "Coach Ty", as many of his clients fondly reference him, has thoroughly invested years of focused energy, seeking knowledge and optimizing approach, to attain the reputation of being a strong and influential voice within the health and fitness community.
